During a tough family situation, I found solace at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my extended stay much easier. While renovations were underway, disruptions were minimal. Don't miss out on the complimentary breakfast – it's a delightful start to your day!

Had a great time with friends during our stay. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast offered plenty of solid options to start our day. The 24-hour reception staff were friendly and always ready to help, especially when we needed assistance with directions to nearby attractions. We enjoyed visiting the NASA Space Center Houston and really appreciated the lovely outdoor swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxation after a day of fun. However, we did face a small issue with the towel supply at the pool which took a while to get sorted out.

The building feels modern and offers a quiet atmosphere despite its freeway location. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable environment. However, there were some maintenance issues, the shower gel was empty, and we lacked tissue, which made things less convenient. Notably, the breakfast buffet was still available, offering options like curry, but we chose not to eat there.

The breakfast was absolutely a highlight! Freshly baked treats and plenty of choices kept us fueled for the day. However, we did have a strange situation with early checkout where another family almost entered our room. 😬

The renovated room had a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. Bed was super comfy with high-quality linens. Soft, large towels were a plus. Friendly staff greeted us at check-in. The hotel also had a nice outdoor pool and fitness center. Overall, a solid stay near Galveston.

The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day! My Standard King Room was not only spacious but came with super comfy pillows that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with great internet access, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and friendly 24-hour reception staff. I remember when they helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. Highly recommend!

Just a suitable option for a city escape in Texas City with good value considering price it charged. The Keurig coffee in the room was a nice touch, though I wish the coffee was stronger. Watch out for the drainage issues in the bathroom.

Friends, Not Worth the Trouble

The staff was friendly yes, but honestly, we had no heat in our room. We had to keep asking for wash cloths and. well, may as well have been swimming in a brick wall, right? Not the type of place you want to bring family.
